We process contact form data to answer your question or course enquiry. The legal basis is pre-contract communication and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in communication and website protection.
Contact form
We process your name, email, selected branch, service and message content. Without optional cookie consent the form cannot be submitted because spam protection is handled by Google reCAPTCHA.
Cookies
Essential cookies and similar technologies store your choice and website language. Optional services include Google reCAPTCHA and Google Maps. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by hosting providers, the Resend email service and, after consent, Google for reCAPTCHA and Maps. Some providers may process data outside the EU under their terms and contractual safeguards.
Retention period
Form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related communication, usually no longer than 24 months unless a law or contractual relationship requires longer retention.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and, where applicable, data portability. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.
